Since the shul's little Gift Shop has gone Fifth Avenue, with a swanky, illuminated showcase, new merchandise has arrived. Come. Look. See. And for a personal tour of the facility, call Sara Bloom at 631-765-3539. By the way, those who are having difficulty finding the Gift Shop in its new location in the vestibule, due south of the old location in the vestibule, contact the Hammond Map Company or search best gifts for less on your GPS. On the gift front, we have Star of David necklaces, red bendel bracelets, key chains, and mezuzahs in enamel, Jerusalem stone, and other materials to match the décor. You'll see Kiddush cups, candlesticks in a variety of sizes, and serving pieces in pottery and china. Also in stock

Men's Club Talks Meatballs and Money Over Nova Nosh
Over a June 6 breakfast of bagels and lox and all the trimmings, the Men's Club discussed fundraising plans to benefit the synagogue and ideas for speakers during the Friday night onegs. Stand by for information on these new initiatives. The Men's Club's popular spaghetti and meatballs dinner will return, and a calendar date will be cleared and announced soon.
Meanwhile, the club's 50/50 raffle is doing well. Chances are $25 each or a book of five for $100. (Such a bargain!) They can be purchased from members, and the winners will be announced at the fall barbeque. All the money collected will be shared half and half with the winners and the synagogue. Need extra raffle books to sell to your relatives, friends and neighbors? Call Charlie Millman at 298-0218.
The Men's Club is an active group that has a lot of fun planning and carrying out its events. It's never too late to join up. Hope to see you at our next bagel breakfast.
